Request for Replacement

We do not replace products that are broken into pieces by you or for any other reasons unless products are arrived broken into pieces on the date of delivery. If products are broken-on-arrival, you have to request for replacement within 7 days from the delivery date. Products that are defective(not broken into pieces) and within warranty period, we will repair or replace with new products.
